The Public Library of Law, http://www.plol.org, is a comprehensive source of primary law for both federal and state governments. PLOL contains the largest free database of U.S. case law, but registration is required to use the database. This web site also provides access to: constitutions, statutes and codes, regulations, and court rules. PLOL is powered by Fastcase.
